Booking Requests

The absence of a reply should be understood as a refusal. Any subsequent request relating to a previously declined booking will not receive a response. Attempts to circumvent this policy may be reported to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

Encounters are arranged in advance and take place within the framework and conditions outlined on this website.

 

The information provided in your booking request must accurately reflect the intended appointment.

 

Alya Amara reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions, standards, or spirit of this website, without being required to provide any explanation.

Tours

 

Advance bookings are required for scheduled tours. A tour will only proceed if a sufficient number of bookings has been confirmed in advance.

 

Alya Amara reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour if the number of confirmed advance bookings is insufficient. In such circumstances, any deposit paid for an appointment scheduled during the affected tour will be refunded in full.

Deposit

 

Once a booking request has been accepted, a deposit is required.

 

An appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Failure to complete payment within a reasonable timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation request.

 

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. If the client cancels at least 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit may be transferred once to a new date.

Confidentiality

 

All communications and appointments take place within a strictly private and confidential setting.

 

No photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, screenshots, or any form of recording or distribution may be made without the prior written consent of Alya Amara.

 

Any disclosure or publication of information relating to communications, bookings, or appointments—including on websites, forums, platforms, social media, or any other medium—may constitute an infringement of Bella Delcourt’s privacy and legal rights.

 

Alya Amara reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to protect her interests.
