Data submitted through the booking form is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS and at rest. Fields containing personally identifiable information (PII) benefit from an additional layer of encryption for enhanced protection.

 

Your information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.

 

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to process your request. If no booking is confirmed, it will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Where an encounter is confirmed, your information will be retained only for the period necessary to organise the appointment and manage our correspondence, after which it will be securely deleted.

 

All communications are handled with the strictest confidentiality. No information relating to our encounters is retained or shared beyond what is strictly necessary for their organisation.

 

This confidentiality does not apply where there is a legitimate suspicion of fraud, identity theft, attempted scam, misuse of the reservation form, or any conduct that may constitute a criminal offence. In such circumstances, the information provided may be retained, used, and, where appropriate, disclosed to the competent authorities or courts in order to protect my rights and pursue any appropriate legal action.
